MoeGo Pricing Breakdown: What You'll Really Pay in 2026

Basic, Growth and Ultimate plans, per-van billing, SMS costs and payment fees, with three worked examples for real grooming businesses

Editorial Team

MoeGo pricing looks simple until you add the second van. The plan price is only one of four things that end up on your bill, and the other three are where budgets drift.

A note on sources before the numbers. MoeGo doesn't make every price easy to find, so the figures here come from independent pricing trackers and review sites checked in October 2026. We're a competitor, so don't take our word for it: ask MoeGo for a written quote for your exact setup.

The published plans

One review site lists a salon-side Ultimate plan at $239 a month, so salon pricing may differ from mobile. Ask which price list applies to you.

The four things on a MoeGo bill

1. The plan

Covered above. Straightforward.

2. The per-van multiplier

Growth and Ultimate are reported as per-van prices. Three vans on Growth is roughly $297 a month before anything else. That's fair if each van is producing $12,000 a month, but it's the number to plan around.

3. Messaging

This is the one that catches people. Several independent breakdowns describe SMS as sold in bundles on the lower plans, with unlimited automated messages listed as an Ultimate feature. One mobile-focused comparison estimates a solo groomer's all-in cost, plan plus texting, at roughly $139 to $200 a month.

How much you text matters more than you'd guess. Count it for a week: confirmations, "on my way," "all done," photos, rebooking nudges, and every reply to "can you squeeze us in." A busy solo groomer can pass 500 messages a month without trying.

4. Card processing

MoeGo Payments is reported at 2.6% plus 10 cents in person and 2.9% plus 30 cents online. That's in line with the industry. On $10,000 of monthly card volume, expect around $270 to $320 in fees whichever grooming platform you use.

Three worked examples

These are estimates built from the reported prices above. Your quote may differ.

Is MoeGo worth the money?

Often, yes. MoeGo has earned its reputation, and a 4.8 average across a couple hundred Capterra reviews isn't an accident. Its mobile scheduling is among the best available, the client app is polished, and for a multi-van operator the route savings alone can pay for the subscription.

Where it gets harder to justify is the small end. A home groomer or a two-person shop doesn't need franchise reporting or an API, and paying extra to text your own clients stings when margins are thin.

How other platforms price the same things

PlatformStarting priceScales byTexting
MoeGo~$49/moVanBundles on lower tiers (reported)
Teddy$49/moLocationUnlimited two-way on every plan

Pawfinity~$50 to $55/moPackageCheck current terms

Teddy's full price list is on our pricing page: $49, $99 and $199 per location, with unlimited texting at every level. Route optimization starts on the $99 plan. We don't have MoeGo's depth for large fleets, and we'd rather say that here than have you find out in month two.

Questions to ask MoeGo before you sign

  1. Is this price per van, per location or per staff member?
  2. How many text messages are included, and what does the next bundle cost?
  3. Do two-way replies count against the bundle, or only automated messages?
  4. Is there a contract term or a cancellation fee?
  5. What does it cost to add a second van mid-year?
  6. Can I export my full client list and notes if I leave?

If the answers push you to look around, our side-by-side with MoeGo lines the two up, and the wider field is in our 2026 software comparison.
