Fur Town is a state-of-the-art grooming salon founded by West Coast Grooming Academy. Fur Town is also home to Fur Town Mobile, offering our high-quality spa services right at your front door. Fur Town groomers are all Certified Dog and/or Cat Groomers through West Coast Grooming Academy, and each member of our staff is Pet First Aid & CPR trained too! We offer full dog grooming and cat grooming services, as well as small animal services for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, reptiles, and more!

Mr. Jackson's journey in dog grooming began at the age of 12 as a bather, eventually becoming a Salon Manager for Petco and later, Petsmart. Highly recognized within the industry, he trained hundreds of groomers and salon managers and created his own grooming curriculum. In 2015, West Coast Grooming Academy (WCGA) was born, later moving to a new facility named Fur Town. In 2017, Mr. Jackson partnered with Jessica Johnson, an accomplished canine and feline behavior specialist, to further grow the school. Jessica, as WCGA's Vice President and Chief Academic Officer, brings a wealth of experience from her background in animal science, grooming, and animal rescue. Together, they ensure WCGA provides top-notch training for future groomers.
