About the Owners
Karen Chan, the owner of Woof & Wash Pet Grooming in Hayward, California, created her grooming salon out of a personal desire to offer a stress-free experience for pets. Inspired by her own dog’s anxiety at traditional salons, Karen built a space where dogs feel safe and cared for.
