About the Owners
Vlada Markov, the founder and owner of Paws with Claws Pet Spa & Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Vlada’s journey began at the age of 9, pet sitting for her neighbor’s puppy, and her passion for animals only grew from there. After starting her grooming career at 15, Vlada opened her own salon in 2021, offering exceptional care to pets in need. She’s passionate about seeing dogs grow more comfortable with grooming, and loves creating a positive work environment for her staff.
