Ravenswoof is a small but busy salon located in the heart of Chicago. We are a very neighborhoody shop. A lot of doodles, mixed breeds, poodles, cats. We take walk in nail trims daily. We have been open almost 5 (open Jan 2019) years and get everything from pups that have been thrown out of other shops for bad behavior to perfect angels and we do our best to service them all if possible!

Julie Walsh's grooming journey started unexpectedly when college didn't work out, leading her to become a dog walker in downtown Chicago at 20. She later pursued formal grooming training and specialized in cat grooming, amassing 14 years of experience. Despite never planning to own a business, Julie now thrives as a grooming business owner, utilizing her expertise to cater to all breeds of dogs and specialize in grooming anxious cats.
