Sarah Himelstein's journey in dog grooming began with her mother, who has been a groomer for 45 years. Starting from grooming in their basement when they were kids, Sarah's mother later suggested they venture into the world of "doggie daycare" in 2008. They opened their doors for daycare and boarding on Thanksgiving of that year, and soon after, Sarah's mother joined them, passing on her grooming expertise to Sarah.
