Roman, originally trained in men's barbering in NYC, transitioned his skills to dog grooming upon moving to Idaho, driven by his deep affection for animals, particularly dogs. Dissatisfied with the grooming options for their own beloved pet, Neptune, Roman and his wife Lisa identified a market gap for a grooming salon prioritizing dogs' positive experiences and ensuring their safety and security. Lisa, leveraging her background in design and business, spearheaded the branding, salon design, and website development, while also managing payroll and administrative tasks. Together, they aimed to revolutionize the grooming industry by offering a safer and more enjoyable experience for furry clients.
