Jessica began her journey in dog grooming through an apprenticeship at the age of 19, opting for a career in pet grooming despite attending business college. She prioritizes ongoing education, attending various classes every other year and holding certifications in pet CPR, first aid, AKC S.A.F.E., and infectious disease management. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked at several salons, including a pet store that closed in 2005. Choosing to continue grooming independently with her established clientele, she became a small business owner around 2010. For the past five years, she has operated her business at its current location. Jessica's commitment to her craft is reflected in her lifelong client relationships, grooming pets from puppyhood through their late senior years.
