Tricia Barrett was born in Santa Fe, NM, and moved to Los Angeles in the late '90s to work as a visual effects artist for motion pictures. Seeking a more rewarding career, Tricia often traveled up the coast with her dogs and fell in love with the dog-friendly area of Carmel-by-the-Sea. She began researching grooming shops and taught herself the grooming business. When she found an established business for sale, she seized the opportunity. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Tricia opened her grooming shop in June 2020. Now, her business is thriving, with a waitlist of clients eager for her services.
