Cody's innate ability to connect with pets and her passion for working with them sparked early on. Starting with grooming her family's English cocker, she discovered her love for animal care. Initially working at a local grooming shop in 2007 and volunteering at her local vet, she initially leaned towards veterinary work. However, her interest in grooming grew over the years. Despite working at a veterinary office for a decade, Cody found herself increasingly drawn to grooming, often volunteering to bathe or groom pets. After working at an emergency vet office for five years, she realized her true joy lay in grooming. In 2015, she started working at another grooming shop, where her passion flourished. Eventually, she made the brave decision to pursue her dream full-time, leaving behind her work at the emergency vet.
