With nearly 25 years in the pet and animal industry, Lucy Jones founded Lucy’s Luxury Pet Spa with the mission of helping pet owners understand that grooming is more than cosmetic. Lucy has built a place where pets are treated like family, often noticing signs of health issues while grooming and offering pet owners the opportunity to address concerns early. Her salon also serves as a trade school for aspiring groomers, providing opportunities for staff to grow while receiving paid training.
